Log in to your teacher account to view the status of your order. You’ll see the status is one of the below:
- To be ordered
- Our team is getting ready to order your materials. You can expect an update in the next few days.
- Your materials were ordered! Next, the vendor will update you to confirm that your materials are on the way.
- Available and being processed by your vendor
- Your items are in stock and getting ready to ship!
- Tell your main office or any individuals who receive packages that you're expecting these materials in the next 3 weeks (but most likely much sooner!)
- Watch next for the “Shipped” update!
- Resources are on their way! You should see your tracking information here.
- Aside from a UPS or USPS tracking code, “COU” means you’ll get your things within a week.
- Shipments of large items like furniture will likely show a variety of freight notices, like “TRNP,” which is code for UPS Freight. These can take up to 6 weeks.
- Substitution Made
- No need to do anything. Our team found an equal or better item to replace an item that was out of stock!
- Your resources are temporarily unavailable but will be back in stock within 3 weeks. You'll see a shipping update as soon as they're on the way!
- Not Available - This item is not available, we’ll notify you if you need to select replacements
- Your order contains an unavailable item. Our team is working on an alternative to get you the resources you requested!
- Not available - This item is not available, please select replacements
- Your order contains an unavailable item. You’ll find a link on your teacher account to pick replacements for any items that are unavailable.
- Not available - No replacements selected
- You let us know you're all set! If you do still need to select any replacement resources to complete your Thank You Package, contact us!
