Log in to your teacher account to view the status of your order. You’ll see the status is one of the below:
- Your order contains an unavailable item. Click the 'Shop for replacements' button to pick replacements for any items that are unavailable.
- Resources are on their way! If tracking information is available, you should see it here.
- If your resource is a digital item, you should receive an email from our vendors with access information by the expected delivery date.
Preparing your order
- Your items are in stock and getting ready to ship!
- Tell your main office or any individuals who receive packages that you're expecting these materials in the next 2 weeks (but most likely much sooner!)
- You let us know you're all set! If you do still need to select any replacement resources to complete your Thank You Package, contact us!
