We hope your materials arrive safely and accurately! Here are some things to keep in mind to ensure quality use and efficient support for your items:
- Open/unbox your shipments as soon as possible
- Keep all packing materials, including the box, until you have started using the items or checked them for any issues
- Account for all parts of any furniture/items that must be assembled before you begin building, as returns often require disassembly. We don’t want you to discover you’re missing a piece at the last step!
- If you receive any damaged or expired materials, take photos of materials and the packaging immediately. As long as the materials do not pose a threat (broken glass, leaking liquids, etc.), hold on to the materials until you contact our team.
