We can order your project materials to your school (if it’s open!) when you confirm your project during summer break.
Sending materials to your school
When requesting that materials be delivered to your school during the summer, you’ll confirm the date you want your resources ordered so they can arrive securely at your school. We’ll also email your principal that resources are on the way, just to make sure everything gets where it should during the summer break.
Materials shipped to a school can be ordered immediately or delayed until students return in the Fall. You should select a date when your school can receive deliveries. We’ll order your resources on the date you choose so packages don’t arrive at closed doors.

If you need to change your order date after confirming funding, log in to your account and scroll down to the “Projects” section. You should see a button that says “Change order date.” You’ll be able to move your order date to a day that works for you! Keep in mind that, based on the vendor, your materials may arrive within a few days to two weeks after the date you select. Make sure it’s a date after which your school will be able to securely receive packages. If you don’t see this option and need to change the date, please contact our team ASAP.
Moving to a new school
If you’re moving schools, update your school address in your teacher account under the ‘Public info’ section before confirming your project funding.
You'll have a chance to confirm your current school when your project is fully funded. Please make sure you select your updated school address so that your materials are shipped to the right school.
