If you believe you are missing credits or gift codes and cannot find them on your teacher or donor account they have likely either expired or are not attached to your account.
Account credits and gift codes that are attached to your account can be viewed in the “Private Info” section of your account. Credits (but not gift codes) are also visible from any page in the top right corner.
If you have no active gift codes, click "Inactive gift codes" in your Private Info section to view expired, redeemed, or replaced codes.
Expired Credits
Gift codes and credits have expiration dates to ensure funds are used in line with our mission. To check for expired codes, follow these steps. We are typically able to reactivate unused codes/credits and would be happy to help when possible!

Other Missing Credits
If you still can’t locate a code or credits, they may not be attached to the account you are logged into. Double check that the email address you are logged in with matches the email address to which you were sent/received the gift code or credits.
