Account credits and gift cards that are attached to your account can be viewed in the “Private Info” section of your account. Credits (but not gift codes) are also visible from any page in the top right corner.
If you are missing credits or gift codes, they have likely either expired or are not attached to your account.
To check for expired codes, follow these steps.
If you still can’t locate a code or credits, they may not be attached to the account you are logged into. Double check that the email address you are logged in with matches the email address to which you were sent/received the gift code or credits.
