Physical materials typically ship and arrive within 2-3 weeks of ordering. You must confirm your funding in order for your order to be placed. While we offer flexibility in the date we place your order, we are not able to guarantee specific delivery dates.
Furniture and large items (like rugs), magazine subscriptions, and live items (e.g. frogs, butterflies, ants, worms, etc.) may have longer ship windows and/or special processing times.
You can find order updates directly from the vendor on the order status page of your project. If you have not received your materials 2 weeks after the order date, please check your tracking information) see below) or contact us, and we'll look into it for you!
Your order date
When confirming funding for your project, if materials are being shipped to your school, you’ll have the ability to choose an order date that best works for you. We highly recommend that we order your materials ASAP, as this makes it more likely you’ll get exactly what you need. Keep in mind that, based on the vendor, your materials may arrive within a few days to two weeks after the date you select.
If you need to change your order date after confirming funding, but before items have shipped, log in to your account and scroll down to the “Projects” section. You should see a button that says “Change order date.” You’ll be able to move your order date to a day that works for you! Make sure it’s a date after which your school will be able to securely receive packages. If you don’t see this option and need to change the date, please contact our team ASAP.
Tracking your shipments
We do our best to provide tracking for shipments whenever it is provided to us by our vendors.
Any information we receive about the status of your order is available on the order status page. To access this page, sign in to your account and click on the "Order status" link below the title of a fully funded project.
You may not see a tracking number for your order if the vendor has yet to ship the item, used a shipping method that does not allow for tracking, or is having the item shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you don't see tracking information for some or all of the materials for your project, please follow these guidelines before reporting the issue.
You will also receive an email once we receive a ship notice from the vendor. These can come in at the time of shipment or soon after, so if you receive an email that your order shipped after you already received your materials, don't worry! Just double check the tracking information, as this was likely a ship notice that was sent retroactively by the vendor.
Weekend deliveries
Occasionally, shipping estimates will suggest a weekend delivery date. Don't worry! Weekend deliveries to schools are typically held until the following business day for safe arrival, even if the delivery date doesn't update to reflect that.
Multiple shipments/quantities
If you have requested materials from multiple vendors, it's possible that some items may arrive sooner than others. Likewise, some vendors send items as they become available, resulting in multiple shipments for one order. For orders containing multiple quantities of the same item, please allow 2 weeks for the full quantity to ship, as not all quantities are shipped together.
Digital subscriptions
Access instructions to digital subscriptions (e.g. BrainPOP or Flocabulary) will be sent to you via email within 7 days of placing your order. If you did not receive this email, we suggest checking your spam/junk mail folder - sometimes our vendors’ emails get caught there.

TPT Gift Cards
TPT Gift Cards will be sent to you via email from info@teacherspayteachers.com 3-4 days after your order has been placed. Gift cards will be sent to the email address for your DonorsChoose account. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders, as the gift card could end up there.
