Receiving your materials
After you confirm the funding for a fully funded project, we'll get to work on ordering your materials. During the school year, we send orders to vendors within 5 business days* and notify you by email after vendors have received all of the orders for your project.
Most items arrive within 3 weeks of that notification email, though many vendors ship much faster. Share the exciting news with your front office staff, or anyone who receives deliveries, that your materials are on their way.
You can find order updates directly from the vendor on the order status page located on the Projects tab of your teacher account. If you have not received your materials after 3 weeks, give us a shout. We'll look into it for you!
Large or heavy items—especially furniture and rugs—are often freight-shipped which may extend the shipping time by several weeks. Magazine subscriptions and live items (e.g. frogs, butterflies, ants, worms, etc.) also have special processing times.
If you have requested materials from multiple vendors, it's possible that some items may arrive sooner than others. Likewise, some vendors send items as they become available, resulting in multiple shipments for one order.
Access instructions to digital subscriptions (e.g. BrainPOP or Flocabulary) will be sent to you via email 7-10 days after your order has been placed. If you did not receive this email, we suggest checking your spam/junk mail folder - sometimes our vendors’ emails get caught there.
