What this means: The requested item was unavailable two different times when we tried to order it. Our team is giving it a little extra TLC and manually ordering the item from a vendor that has it in stock.
What to expect: You should expect to receive your items within the next two weeks. If we're not able to find a suitable replacement, we'll email you directly to find an alternative item.
Please note: This “more info” tag will remain on this item, even after we’ve successfully ordered the item. It will not change and there is no action you need to take unless you haven’t received the item or heard from us within the next two weeks.
Why this happens sometimes: When an item is unavailable when your materials are ordered, we ask you to shop for a replacement. If your replacement item is also unavailable, our team steps in to find and order the item for you manually (instead of letting our ordering system do it). This is to make sure you’ll get the item you need for your classroom without having to shop multiple times for an item that is constantly unavailable.
