Q: When will my donation appear on my project? ▼
The one-time donation will appear once your submitted project is reviewed and approved by our volunteer team.
Q: Can I utilize this funding across multiple projects? ▼
No. Your funding will only be applied to a single project. Please maximize your project to get the most supplies! If you submit multiple projects, the first eligible project will receive the funding.
If your project is less than the donation amount, only the necessary amount of funding will be applied to complete your project. The remaining funds will not be available for you to use on another project.
Q: How can I ensure that my project is fully funded by the one-time donation? ▼
Your project’s total goal must be lower than the one-time donation amount of $1,000. The total project goal is shown on your project as you’re carting materials. The amount of materials you request will be around $850, to ensure that your total project goal is less than $1,000.
Your project’s total goal can be higher than $1,000, and your project will still receive the one-time donation; however, your project will require additional funding to be completed. If your project does not receive this additional funding before your project’s expiration date, you will not receive materials.
Q: What are the costs associated with my project? ▼
In our Help Center, you can read more about our fees and how they support our work to fulfill your project.
Q: If I’ve used my personal code and created a draft project, can I submit that project at any time to receive the one-time donation? ▼
No. You must use your personal code and get your project approved before November 22, 2025. Funding will not be applied to projects after November 21 at 11:59pm ET – regardless of the previous actions or statuses taken on your project.
Q: How can I edit my project? ▼
If your project has not received any donations, you can make any edits by returning your project to draft status. You can do this by heading over to the Projects section of your account and clicking on the "Return project to draft" button underneath your project title. Once your project is in draft status, you can make any edits and resubmit it. Then, it will be re-screened by our team and re-posted if eligible. Read more about editing your project.
