If you have shipped a resource as a return, please let our team know! You can respond directly in the email thread that was used to set up the return, so we can track the shipment and refund for you.
Due the volume of returns we process through from the size of our organization, we aren't automatically notified of individual refunds. Letting us know your return is on the way greatly helps us issue your replacement funds promptly.
Additionally, please follow any instructions provided by either the vendor or the DonorsChoose support team, including downloading return labels promptly.
Funds will typically be reissued to your account (to either shop for a replacement or reorder an item) within two weeks of returning the item.
