Returns and credits are manually tracked by our team. Funds will typically be reissued to your account (to either shop for a replacement or reorder an item) within two weeks of returning the item.
To assist our team in tracking your return, please follow any instructions provided by either the vendor or the DonorsChoose support team, including downloading return labels promptly, getting the item in the mail as a return as soon as possible, and letting our team know when the item has been sent.
