Occasionally, materials delivered to school or home addresses go missing. Often in these cases, packages have been accidentally misplaced or misdelivered. Please make sure to:
- Check any tracking available for your shipments on your order status page in your account
- Ask any office staff, colleagues, or neighbors if they’ve seen your packages
- Check any loading docks, offices, front and back doors, etc. where packages could be left
If you are still unable to locate your materials, let us know within 30 days of the expected or marked delivery date, and we may be able to help reorder missing items.
If your materials went missing at your school, we’ll also need the agreement of your principal. If your materials were lost when being delivered to your home or another address, we’ll want to make sure that you have a secure address to accept a delivery.
