We welcome and encourage teachers to share their projects and lists on social media platforms, including NextDoor.
Many teachers have found NextDoor to be an effective way to fundraise for their projects, though please keep in mind:
- Many teachers find it helpful to share their project through a post on NextDoor with the ability to comment on the post turned off.
- Post approvals are at the discretion of NextDoor moderators, and DonorsChoose is unable to intervene if a post is removed or not approved.
- Discrepancies between location of school and specific local NextDoor group may prevent posts from being approved.
