While our office is closed, we are piloting digital student thank-yous. This is an optional and voluntary way to share gratitude with your donors.
Digital student thank-yous could be anything from typed letters from your students, photos of their hand-made student thank-yous, teacher videos, Google slides, or even some digital artwork!
If you have digital versions of student thank-yous to share, we’re happy to pass them along to your project’s donors! You can submit your student thank-yous through this form, and we’ll email them to your donors.
Upload digital Student Thank-Yous
A few things to keep in mind as you upload your digital student thank-yous:
- Make sure that you have removed any identifying information about your students: last names, classroom number, of school/home address.
- Don’t include any photos of your students or project materials. Those can be uploaded as thank-you photos through your teacher account!
- If any files are too large to upload, please upload the file to your Google Drive and include the (shareable link) URL. Don’t forget to double-check the document permissions to make sure that we can view it!
Check out some great digital student thank-yous below for inspiration:

These students took a more traditional approach with a handwritten thank-you, and their parent snapped a photo.
Similar to the first example, this student typed their thank-you and added a personalized image that they drew.
