Updating or managing your demographic information

View or submit your demographic information

To view or submit demographic information, please follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your teacher account
2. Visit the projects tab or teaching details tab
3. Click the link toward the top of the tab, "Fill out the optional teacher demographic information"
4. Complete the survey and click "Submit my answers" 

Note: if you made a mistake when entering your data, please contact our customer support team. 

Remove your demographic information

You can remove demographic information at any time. To do so --

1. Log in to your teacher account
2. Visit the projects tab or teaching details tab
3. Click the link toward the top of the tab, "You've successfully submitted your optional demographic information" to review your submitted answers
4. Click "remove this data"

Note: once you remove your demographic information, you will only be able to add it again by contacting our customer support team.
