How to track my reimbursement or vendor payment (Class trips & visitors, Special Requests)

It can take up to 3 weeks for a check to arrive once the payment has been approved. Follow these steps to track your reimbursement or payment information directly through the projects dashboard of your account:

1. Log into your account and find your project on the “All” or “Completed” tab.
2. Click on the "Track your payment status" button.
3. The “Check Details” column will display the check’s number, status, and mail-to address.
