Forgot to enter a promo code?

If you forgot to enter a promo code for a donation you’ve placed:

1. Head over to the donor contact form
2. Enter your information and type in the promo code
3. Select the donation you would like to match and then submit your question
   

Are you a teacher?

If you are a teacher and your donors forgot to enter a promo code, just send the above information to your donors - they’ll receive a match faster!

Alternatively, if you are a teacher and your donors forgot to enter a promo code:

1. Head over to the teacher contact form
2. Select the project that is eligible for promo code matches
3. Enter the promo code you would like to use
4. Fill in email addresses for donors that need a donation matched. Please note that you must enter the same email address a donor used when they made their donation
