Everything in your donor account is easily accessible from your personal dropdown menu. Once logged in, you can access your personal info, giving history, giving pages, email preferences, and more at any time from your dropdown menu.
On the Public info tab, you can update any information that will be visible to other donors and teachers including how you’ll be addressed by the classroom, your photo, and the URL to your public page (if you’d like to share your account with others). Click the URL to access your public giving stats (students reached, projects supported, etc).
The Private info tab holds all of your information that remains just between the two of us. Here, in addition to your email and password, you’ll find any available account credits, recurring donation subscription info, and saved credit card.
If you own a giving page (or many), you’ll find them listed under Campaigns and can manage, update, and view donations.
Giving history allows you to access all of the projects you’ve supported in one easy-to-find location. If you’re looking for a more detailed breakdown of the amounts given to each project, when you gave, or your annual receipt, just click “annual receipt and detailed giving history?” at the top of the screen and we’ll bring you there!
Visit Email preferences to customize the updates you receive from us. You can update your preferences at any time, just be sure to save any changes before navigating to another page.
Your Favorites now have their own tab, too! Visit this page to view any saved searches, people, schools, or projects that you’d like to keep an eye on.
