As the seasons start to change, we go on a winter ordering schedule to prepare for schools going on break. Create your projects for winter needs early, so you get everything for your holiday performances and activities before your school’s break. Here’s the inside scoop on how winter ordering works:
- Projects confirmed on or before 11:59 PST on November 30th will be ordered within three business days.
- Projects confirmed after November 30th will be ordered so they are delivered in January.
- Do you need your materials before the new year? If you are not changing schools and need your materials over December, you can tell us your availability when you confirm your project, and we’ll place your order based on the date you select during confirmation. Be sure to only update this information if your school can accept packages at anytime after that date, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
To make sure all project materials make it to your students safely, Winter Ordering Schedule will run Friday, December 1st until Tuesday, January 2nd. We’ll resume normal ordering January 2nd.
Since most vendors add extra speed to their shipments during this time of year, we’ll order any items that will definitely arrive when your school is in session. You can check the order status on the Projects section of your account.
Fully funded classroom magazine and class trips or visitor projects won’t be affected by winter ordering.
