We provide a free mailing label, at no cost to you, to ship your student thank-yous to us. The label is specific to your project and helps us update your project!
To access your pre-paid label:

Log in to your account and scroll to the "Projects" table at the bottom of the page. Find the project for which you’ll be sending student thank-yous and click on the button you'll see in the "Actions Needed" column.Â

Click on the section titled “Collect and mail student thank-yous”. On the next page, you’ll see a button titled “Download the pre-paid mailing label”. This pre-paid label is unique to your project and contains information for processing your thank-you package. Please use this label to send in your student thank-yous!

- Once you’ve mailed your package, let us know! You’ll see the option to select your mailing date on the same instructions page. Click “I have mailed my student thank-yous”, select the date you mailed the package, and click “Set Date.”
You’ll receive an email once your package arrives at our office.
Because of our pre-paid label, you don’t need to use FedEx or UPS; however, if you decide to send a package without our label:
- Please remember that any and all costs are your responsibility.

Write your project ID clearly on the front of the envelope AND include it inside the envelope with your letters. Without your project ID, we can’t identify or process your letters, nor update your project.
