Troubleshooting tips for shopping in our vendor directory

If you run into any trouble with shopping from our vendors while creating a project, try these tips for avoiding common errors:

  1. Many vendor catalogs are optimized to work on a desktop or laptop computer, instead of a phone or other mobile device.
    • Be sure to use an updated browser.  Many older versions of Internet Explorer won't work as intended.
    • Make sure your browser is allowing pop-ups from
  2. If your materials do not transfer to your project cart or your cart does not look correct, you may need to click your browser's refresh button.
    • Specific items will not transfer from to your cart from Amazon Business:
      • Items that are not marked as "Prime Eligible)
      • Apple devices (iPads, MacBooks) - these can be found on Best Buy Education
      • Used or refurbished items
      • Digital content (eBooks, mp3's, downloadable software, etc)
  3. Save your work if you're planning on taking a break! Just "check out" from the vendor to save your items in You can always come back and add more items to your project later.
