Troubleshooting tips for shopping in our vendor directory

If you run into any trouble with shopping from our vendors while creating a project, try these tips for avoiding common errors:

  1. Having trouble viewing a vendor's catalog? Some of our vendor's catalogs work optimally in web browser Firefox (available to download for free at Mozilla.org.) 
  2. If your browser does not support tabs, make sure you are allowing pop-ups from DonorsChoose.org. 
  3. Save your work if you're planning on taking a break! Just "check out" from the vendor to save your items in DonorsChoose.org. You can always come back and add more items to your project later. 
  4. If your materials do not transfer to your DonorsChoose.org project cart or your cart does not look correct, you may need to click your browser's refresh button.
