Payment documents are required for Special Requests or Virtual Experiences. Teachers often receive payment documents by requesting a quote from the vendor, but occasionally the required information may be included on a web page or email that needs to be converted to a PDF to upload to the project.
On a PC
If the information will fit on one screen, press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard (usually displayed as "PrtSc" and located in the top right section of the keyboard).
You can also use COMMAND + SHIFT + 4 to select a portion of your screen.
Then open a new Word document, select EDIT, and then PASTE. If the image does not appear, you may need to upload the image to the document, or drag and drop from your desktop.
Once the image is visible and fit to the page, save the document to your desktop as a PDF and then upload it to your project.
If the information does not fit on one screen, you may need to take multiple screenshots and compile them in a single document before saving as a PDF.
