We welcome cause marketing partnerships! These partnerships are sales-based donation structures where a partner commits to donating a fixed amount (e.g. $1 per book or 10% sales from fall collection), contingent on a participant taking specific actions (ex. purchasing an item, voting on a website). These types of partnerships are different than our integrated partners who support campaigns formally on our website itself.
Cause-marketing promotions should disclose the below at the point of solicitation:
1. The portion of the purchase price that will benefit the charity (e.g., 5 cents will be contributed to ABC charity for every XYZ company product sold).
2. The duration of the campaign with a clear start and end date (e.g., October 1, 2024 to October 30, 2024)
3. A guaranteed minimum contribution amount (e.g., at least $25,000)
