Accessing instructions for your thank-you package

Soon after your materials are purchased or payment for your class experience is complete, you’ll be able to access your thank-you package instructions in your account.

To access your thank-you package instructions:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner, and head to your "Projects" page.
  3. Check for a project update at the top of the page that links directly to your instructions, and/or scroll down to the "Projects" table at the bottom of the page and click on the button that appears in the "actions needed" column.

Note: To open the mailing label which you’ll use to send us your student thank-yous, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download a free copy here: Adobe Acrobat Reader Download.

If you’ve installed the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and you still have accessing your mailing label, please reach out to us!
