If you are trying to log into your account and are not receiving the instant log-in link, or the initial registration email, you may need to adjust your spam filters.
- Add "no-reply@donorschoose.org" to your list of preferred senders and/or your address book. (Instructions for individual email clients.)
- Go back to the DonorsChoose sign in page.
- Enter your log-in information in the returning users fields and a red error message will appear at the top of the screen. Click on "have the email re-sent" and you will arrive at a new screen.
- Enter your email address and click submit.
If you continually have trouble receiving the instant sign-in link, you can also create a traditional password to use instead.
