Can't log in to a recently created account

If you've created an account on DonorsChoose.org, you should have received a registration confirmation email in order to complete your new account registration.

If your email address is correct and you have not received the confirmation email, it is most likely being blocked by a spam filter or routed into a spam folder. Try this:

  1. Add "no-reply@donorschoose.org," "mailer@donorschoose.org," "customerservice@donorschoose.org" and "submitting@donorschoose.org" to your list of preferred senders and/or your address book. (Instructions for individual email clients.)
  2. Go back to the DonorsChoose.org sign in page.
  3. Enter your log-in information in the returning users fields and a red error message will appear at the top of the screen. Click on "have the email re-sent" and you will arrive at a new screen.
  4. Enter your email address and click submit.

When you receive the registration confirmation email, click on the link to complete your registration. If you still do not receive the email after changing your settings and re-sending, you may need to re-register with a different email address to ensure that you receive DonorsChoose.org correspondence.
