Donors who give at least $50 are eligible to request hand-written thank-you notes from the teachers and students they've supported. Out of respect for our teachers' and students' busy schedules, we let them set a date by which they'll mail us their thank-you notes. This gives the classroom time to implement their project, write the notes, and get them sent to our office, where we then send them off to you!
A donor who requested student letters will receive them, on average, around three to four months from the time the project was fully funded. If a project is funded at the end of the school year, you may not receive notes until late fall, due to summer break.
