Project Submission Window: For the 2024 - 2025 cycle, teachers must submit their projects before December 28, 2024. Any projects submitted after December 28 will not be eligible to receive funding.
Acceptable Payment Documents: A screenshot of the teacher’s NBPTS payment portal, reflecting the components they’re registering for. The teacher should use their NBPTS ID as the invoice number.
Reminders:
- NBPTS projects should be submitted as a Professional Development Special Request Project
- Each Component and the registration fee should be listed separately on the project page (Teachers will need to pay for the $75 registration fee, which can be reimbursed, if included on their project. Payments for Components/ MOC will be sent to the National Board directly.)
- Once payment has been issued, it can take 2 full weeks for NBPTS to process and apply our payment to their NBPTS account. Teachers should monitor their Payment Portal with the NBPTS. Once payment is posted, they’ll need to apply it to their component(s) to complete registration. (NBPTS Third-Party FAQs)
