Starting January 30th, 2023, while funds last, teachers can earn a $300 gift code after completing the following steps:

How to qualify for the rewards:

1. Read these resources about learner variability and the Learner Variability Navigator (LVN)
   • • • What is learner variability? Read this 1 pager.  
       • Meet the Learner Variability Navigator and take the tour on the homepage of the Navigator. 
       • Explore the factors and strategies from one of our learner models that most closely matches what you teach: PK-2 Math, 3-6 Math, 7-10 Math, PK-3 Literacy, 4-6 Literacy, 7-12 Literacy.  
       • Review this "Guide to Teaching Students about Learner Variability".
2. Design a lesson or activity to help teach your students about learner variability.  You can use one or more of the sample lessons provided or create your own.
   
   • • • Sarah’s Lessons: for grades K-3
       • Vidula’s Lessons: for grades 4-6
       • Renee’s Lessons: for grades 6-12
       • Create your own lesson
3. Teach your students about learner variability.
4. Fill out this survey and reflect on your experience. As much as possible, include information on the following prompts:
   1. 1. • Specific reflections on the learner variability concepts you taught
         • Descriptions of the specific activities you implemented
         • Descriptions of the students' reactions to the lesson or the specific impacts on students
