10X Match on projects from Sonoma and Napa schools affected by the wildfire, thanks to the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation

In an effort to support classrooms who are rebuilding and restocking after the tragic wildfires this fall, the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation is supporting a 10X Match on projects from schools in affected areas.

Qualifying projects will see the impact of their donations multiplied by 10.  If a donor gives $10, the Schusterman Family Foundation will donate $90, bringing the total donation up to $100.

Here’s how to qualify:

  • You teach in Sonoma or Napa county.
  • Create a project for anything your students need to recover and rebuild after this fall’s fires: recovery supplies, classroom supplies, or resources for students to take home.
  • In your essay, talk about the affect the wildfires had on your school or community.
  • If your total project goal exceeds $10,000, please reach out to our team before you submit.

Create your project

If your project meets the criteria above, you should see the match offer applied to your project as soon as it’s approved and live on the site (however, it won’t appear during Friends and Family Pre-funding). New donations will be matched, nine-to-one, as long as funding remains. That means when a donor contributes $10, that donation will become $100 thanks to the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation.
